When you request the executive guide, Hight Networks collects your first name and work email address. The website stores that request with its source and submission time in the application database. If you contact Hight Networks by email, we receive the information you include in that message.

Hight Networks uses submitted information to understand your organization's needs, respond to inquiries, provide requested materials, evaluate whether potential services may be relevant, and coordinate follow-up. Resend may process an email notification containing a guide requester's name, email address, submission time, and request source when notifications are enabled. Calendly provides scheduling functionality where it appears on the website. The hosting platform may process technical requests and application-error information needed to deliver and monitor the site.

The site also links to CloudBait Navigator and other external websites. Information you provide directly to an external service is handled under that service's own terms and privacy practices.

The current website code does not include a dedicated advertising tracker or analytics service.
